These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your entry into and participation in the promotion. Please read these terms carefully before entering, as by entering, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications related to the promotion, including advertising or promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your information.
The Organizer takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy at https://www.mars.com/privacy and agree to any personal information you submit as part of this promotion being held and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection regulations.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 This promotion is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates, except for employees of the Organizer and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
1.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry and must hold a valid Emirates ID.
1.3 Internet access, registration, and purchase are required. Mobile data is charged at the participant’s network standard rate.
1.4 Bulk entries, entrants using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or entering via agents, third parties, organized groups, syndicates or aliases, or entries automatically generated by computer, will not be accepted. Entries received by any means other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions (see Clause 3.1 below) will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2.1 The promotion will run from 1st of December till 31st of December
2025. Entries submitted outside of these promotional dates will not be included.

3. HOW TO ENTER FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN

3.1 For the chance to win, participants must purchase AED 25 worth of participating in Mars chocolate products during the Promotional Period only for Carrefour.
3.2 Participants must then scan the QR code on pack or on promotional material, or visit the official microsite, and complete the online entry registration form by uploading their receipt, and entering their full name, email address, mobile number, and Emirates ID details.
3.3 Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. Anyone attempting to enter more frequently will be disqualified.
3.4 Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification.
3.5 In the event of suspicious activity, the Organizer reserves the right to request further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the win.

4. THE PRIZES

4.1 The prizes to be won are as follows (as detailed further in Clause 5.1):
Prize to be given to two winners, a JETOUR X70 Plus.

4.2 Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned, or advertised for sale. No cash alternatives or other alternative prizes will be available, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, whereby the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.
4.3 Prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

5.1 Winners will be chosen via a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
5.2 Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email provided on their entry within 14 working days of the campaign closing date.
5.3 Winners must present their valid Emirates ID matching the name on their entry to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
5.4 Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this time frame, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, amend, or cancel the promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, with no liability to entrants.
6.2 The Organizer is not responsible for incomplete, corrupt, or failed entries due to technical issues.
6.3 The Organizer reserves the right to verify winners’ identities and disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6.4 No correspondence will be entered into regarding winner selection. The Organizer’s decision is final and binding.

7. DATA & PRIVACY

7.1 By entering, participants consent to their personal data being collected, stored, and processed by the Organizer and its partners solely for the purposes of administering this promotion.
7.2 Data will be handled in accordance with UAE data protection laws and the Organizer’s privacy policy at https://www.mars.com/privacy.

8. LANGUAGE

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Arabic. In case of discrepancy, the Arabic version shall prevail.

9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1 This promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
