These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your entry into and participation in the promotion. Please read these terms carefully before entering, as by entering, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications related to the promotion, including advertising or promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your information.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 This promotion is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates, except for employees of the Organizer and their immediate families, associated agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

1.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry and must hold a valid Emirates ID.

1.3 Internet access, registration, and purchase are required. Mobile data charges apply per the entrant’s mobile network provider.

1.4 Bulk entries, multiple entries using different addresses, emails or phone numbers, or entries via agents, third parties, organized groups, syndicates, aliases, or automated computer systems will not be accepted.
Entries submitted by any means other than those specified in Clause 3.1 below will be rejected.
Anyone attempting to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately.
No incomplete or corrupted entries or multiple entries beyond the daily limit will be accepted.
Entries must be submitted directly by the person entering. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2.1 The promotion will run from 6th December until 31st December 2025. Entries submitted outside these dates will not be included.

3. HOW TO ENTER FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN

3.1 To enter the draw, participants must purchase AED 25 worth of participating Mars chocolate products during the Promotional Period, exclusively from LULU.

3.2 Participants must then scan the QR code on pack or promotional materials, or visit the official microsite, and complete the online entry form by uploading their receipt and entering their full name, email address, mobile number, and Emirates ID details.

3.3 Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

3.4 Only valid and accurate entry information will be accepted. The Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification.

3.5 In cases of suspicious activity, the Organizer reserves the right to request additional documents to verify the legitimacy of the win.

4. THE PRIZES

4.1 The prize to be awarded is:

• One JETOUR Dashing 1.6L vehicle for one winner.

4.2 Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned, or advertised for sale. No cash or alternative prizes will be offered unless circumstances outside the Organizer’s control require a substitute of equal or greater value.

4.3 Prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

5.1 Winners will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

5.2 Winners will be contacted via the phone number and/or email provided during entry within 14 working days from the campaign closing date.

5.3 Winners must present a valid Emirates ID matching the name submitted in the entry form. Failure to provide matching identification will result in forfeiture of the prize.

5.4 Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this time, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, amend, or cancel the promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without liability.

6.2 The Organizer is not responsible for incomplete, corrupted, or failed entries caused by technical issues.

6.3 The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identities of winners and to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6.4 No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners. The Organizer’s decision is final and binding.

7. DATA & PRIVACY

7.1 By entering, participants consent to their personal data being collected, stored, and processed by the Organizer and its partners solely for the purpose of administering this promotion.

8. LANGUAGE

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Arabic. In case of discrepancy, the Arabic version shall prevail.

9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1 This promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
